1. Services
Velixr provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services based on the package selected by the client. All services are delivered according to the details agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. Payments
Setup fees are one-time, upfront payments required before any work begins.
Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis for hosting, maintenance, and support.
All payments must be made on time to avoid service disruption.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Revisions & Edits
Each package includes a reasonable number of minor monthly edits. Major redesigns, additional pages, or advanced functionality may require additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information when required
Review and approve website content in a timely manner
Use the website in a legal and ethical manner
Velixr is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals or late communication.
5. Website Ownership
The website remains hosted and managed by Velixr while the monthly subscription is active.
Upon full payment of all outstanding balances, clients may request a website transfer.
Client-provided content remains the property of the client.
6. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation, hosting and maintenance services will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle.
Website transfer fees may apply if requested.
7. Refund Policy
All setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly fees are also non-refundable for services already delivered.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service; however, Velixr is not responsible for downtime caused by:
Hosting platform outages
Third-party software failures
Internet service disruptions
Force-majeure events
9. Limitation of Liability
Velixr is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, business, or data
Website ranking or SEO performance guarantees
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous three months.
10. Intellectual Property
Velixr retains rights to custom layouts, design frameworks, and proprietary processes used in development unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools such as Wix, Calendly, email services, and hosting platforms. Velixr is not responsible for changes or outages caused by these providers.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:
Non-payment
Illegal use of the website
Abuse toward staff
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
13. Changes to These Terms
Velixr may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local and international business laws. Any disputes shall be handled through appropriate legal channels.
